Set Yourself Back
Make sure to adjust clock for upcoming time change
Every year, you wake up, and your clock is an hour off from your phone. You don’t know exactly why, but you’ve gone through it for so many years; you feel too embarrassed to ask. This biannual occurrence is commonly known as “daylight savings” and will occur on March 11 and Nov. 4 this year. Most countries don’t participate in this practice that was first implemented as an attempt to decrease energy consumption, but most of North America, Europe and some of the Middle East do.
