India Agar, Staff Writer
Hi my name is India and I’m currently a senior. Due to an incomplete schedule last year and my fear of physics, I made one of the best decisions of my life: joining photojournalism. Learning the ins and outs of photography took me some time (my iPhone hasn’t ever forced me to lie down on the gym floor, mid pep rally, to get a properly exposed picture). Thankfully, Mrs. Cole helped me overcome my ISO issues, and taught me how to properly write a caption. This year, I’m very excited to keep growing as a journalist alongside the rest of the Panther Prints staff! I have certifications in Scuba Diving, Sailing, Marine Conservation and Fish Identification. For obvious reasons, being landlocked is a horrible part of living in Texas, but I try to dive wherever and whenever I can. I’ve even contemplated exploring the mysterious depths of the pond with my dive gear (and a hazmat suit, let’s be real). I also enjoy Netflixing, painting, and going to every concert I can (I haven’t missed Warped Tour since 2013). When I’m not writing articles, or embarrassing myself during video updates, you can find me eating copious amounts of Taco Bell and spending my entire paycheck at Sephora.
